My name is Wayde Salmon, and I’ve been involved in the wedding industry for over ten years. I’m certified with the Wedding Planners Institute of Coordination, holding the distinction of being one of the only few officiants that is certified by this prestigious organization.


Entering the wedding industry as a wedding MC, I’ve always enjoyed working with couples and helping them to personalize their wedding receptions. However, after witnessing countless ceremonies that were unimaginative and similar, I felt couples deserved to have a ceremony that better reflected their personalities and preferences.


I began the process of obtaining my officiating license and became successfully licensed in 2013. Since then, I has completed over 500 ceremonies. I now work with professional sports athletes, musicians, singers, actors, and other stars and dignitaries.


I enjoy the personal relationships I form with each couple; my couples describe me as jovial, down to earth, and an easy going officiant. While I believe your wedding is a very serious undertaking, there’s no reason it can’t be fun, enjoyable, and relaxing, while still being memorable, touching, and heartfelt. I work with couples to create a unique experience, and will strive to make your wedding ceremony distinctive and memorable. Being humorous is a must; I want to make sure you’re relaxed, comfortable, and smiling throughout the entire ceremony.


I also find time to give back to the community by volunteering at the local food banks and giving monthly to the Hospital for Sick Children, aka. Sick Kids.


I’m a firm believer that no two weddings are alike, therefore I will ensure your wedding is a unique and special event, with its own personal touch and flair.
