Information we collect

When you request availability or begin a reservation, we may collect names, contact details, wedding date and location, venue and guest-count information, service selections, agreement records, electronic-signature audit information, and payment status. We may also collect referral and campaign details included in the page address, the page where your visit began, and the referring page.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, understand how prospective clients find the website, prepare and administer reservations and agreements, perform wedding services, keep business records, and communicate about potential or confirmed bookings.

Forms and reservation records

Inquiry, reservation, and signature information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in the website's secured database. A form-delivery provider may send Weddings By Wayde an email notification about a new inquiry. Private reservation links should be shared only with the named clients. We do not sell personal information.

Payments

When a secure payment link is provided, payment-card details are entered on the payment processor's website and are not stored by Weddings By Wayde. We retain only the payment status and related administrative notes.
