Information we collect

When you request availability or begin a reservation, we may collect names, contact details, wedding date and location, service selections, agreement records, electronic signature audit information, payment status, and the ceremony details you provide. The site may also process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser information, referring page, and campaign tags for security, delivery, and inquiry attribution.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, confirm availability, prepare and administer reservations and agreements, perform wedding services, prevent automated abuse, keep business records, and communicate about potential or confirmed bookings. Weddings By Wayde does not sell personal information.

Service providers and storage

Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and may be processed by providers that support website hosting, database storage, email delivery, automated abuse prevention, and payment processing. Reservation and signature records are stored in the website's secured database. Private reservation links should be shared only with the named clients.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you select “Accept analytics” on a public website page. Declining analytics does not affect inquiries, reservations, agreements, or payments. With consent, we send public page visits, inquiry-button clicks, and a count of newly saved inquiries to Google, using approved service, region, and source categories. We exclude private reservation, payment, contract, planning, and thank-you pages and do not send names, contact details, inquiry messages, booking identifiers, URL query parameters, or referring URLs to Google Analytics. Advertising collection and automatic form tracking are off.

We store your analytics choice in this browser. If you accept, we also store a random analytics identifier in this browser to recognize visits; Google processes limited technical information, including network and browser information, for analytics. Analytics runs in a separate document with a fixed URL and no inquiry fields; the tag is removed when you enter an excluded route. Google Analytics uses session cookies restricted to that document. Hosting and security providers may use necessary infrastructure cookies to operate and protect the website.

Use “Analytics preferences” to change your choice, or “Withdraw analytics consent” to stop further collection and remove the locally stored analytics identifier and analytics session cookies. Withdrawal does not delete data already received by Google. Your choice applies to this browser; other browsers and devices have their own choice. To request deletion of information where applicable, contact us below. Google’s privacy policy explains its processing.

Payments

When a secure payment link is provided, payment card details are entered on the payment processor's website and are not stored by Weddings By Wayde. We retain only the payment status and related administrative notes.
