When you request availability or begin a reservation, we may collect names, contact details, wedding date and location, service selections, agreement records, electronic signature audit information, payment status, and the ceremony details you provide. The site may also process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser information, referring page, and campaign tags for security, delivery, and inquiry attribution.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, confirm availability, prepare and administer reservations and agreements, perform wedding services, prevent automated abuse, keep business records, and communicate about potential or confirmed bookings. Weddings By Wayde does not sell personal information.

Service providers and storage

Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and may be processed by providers that support website hosting, database storage, email delivery, automated abuse prevention, and payment processing. Reservation and signature records are stored in the website's secured database. Private reservation links should be shared only with the named clients.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not currently use behavioral advertising or audience analytics. Limited infrastructure cookies may be set by the hosting and security platform to operate and protect the website.

Payments

When a secure payment link is provided, payment card details are entered on the payment processor's website and are not stored by Weddings By Wayde. We retain only the payment status and related administrative notes.
